Institut Paul Bocuse (Lyon, France)
For recent graduates with advanced-level skills in French, the Institut Paul Bocuse offers a Master's Degree in International Hotel & Restaurant Management - taught entirely in French - in partnership with IAE Lyon School of Business, along with a variety of other programs in Culinary Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and short-term cooking classes. Foreign candidates must provide proof of a level of French equivalent to at least DELF B2 (intermediate advanced level) + bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business.
